Monet is a graduate of the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and a board certified internal medicine physician specializing in hospitalist medicine.   She carried forward her interest in public health after several years in the water management and filtration industry, providing clean drinking water to several municipalities.  Monet acquired her first multifamily property at the age of 20, which she successfully renovated and sold in the midst of the 2008 housing crisis with considerable 2.0x returns.  She knew she would return to real estate, but this time with a platform for passive investors to participate in acquisition of this asset class to diversify their portfolios and grow their wealth.

JONATHAN METER

Jonathan has been an attorney for 24 years specializing in real estate and estate planning. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York, and later received his juris doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
